Our Facilitator

One Fish Solutions’ lead facilitator is Tess Casey.  Tess led the Support for Change project and developed the process and resources used by One Fish Solutions. 

She has 20 years experience working with community organisations in a variety of roles, including communications, community development and leadership.   She is a member of the MSD NGO Advisory Group and as the Chief Executive of Inclusive NZ she is also actively involved in a number of disability and community sector initiatives.

Tess has an in-depth understanding of the current issues facing organisations at both a strategic and operational level.  She is an experienced facilitator and her key focus is on working with organisations to help them ask the right questions, focus their ideas and decide how they want to move forward.
